Atelier 801 seems to be working on a new game, called Dead Maze!

Melibellule just announced the new game in this video (in French), although we've been given a few other teasers about it too.

The image below was posted here and in most other community's threads on April 1st. While some people thought it looked like a Sims-inspired game, there were other clues that there's something else up, like a bloody knife and things in the middle of the floor.



Several months ago, Atelier 801 also opened up job applications for an isometric level designer, and in the past few weeks another name has popped up with a red name, could Paul be the new Atelier 801 employee working on this game?

The name also sounds inspired from an old multiplayer zombie survival game by Tigrounette called "Deadmeat". Below is a video showing some of it off.
