What is Eid?

The first Eid of the year is known as Eid Al-Fitr. It marks the end of the month of Ramadan, which is the month in which Muslims fast every day from sunrise to sunset.mThe entire community comes together for special prayers and to congratulate each other. Ramadan was short, but it was fun. Felt like yesterday that I was late on the first day of ramadan, because I was getting bread for the foul (fava beans).
