eating less won't kill you. lol Don't eat anything past 8-9pm. Eat fruit during the DAY. try honey and lemon warm water. it helps a lot. I went from 250 pounds to 150 in around a year. Also, starving is very helpful tbh. It's really really bad for you but you lose a lot of weight from it. I was anorexic/bulimic for a while. but after you start eating again, you gain the weight back. I gained about 20 pounds. So don't do it. because it might seem great at first but after, it will cause so many horrible health problems. Do anything to cleanse your system. Green tea with honey and lemon helps so much. Detox really helps. and everything is made with natural ingredients so you arent putting harsh chemicals in your body. Also there are diet pills but I don't recommend those unless they are natural. Using the bathroom WILL help you lose probably like.. 10-20 pounds in 2-3 weeks. When you think of using the bathroom a lot you think of laxatives to help. don't use laxatives because it will screw your stomach up. also you should see what your weight should even be. like calculate your BMI. |

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! i'm serious do not do it please don't your metabolism will slow down after you start eating again your body will store everything and you'll end up gaining more than you lost it's dangerous and bad for you please get help if you end up doing that, it's not fun the best thing to do is eat healthier and exercise no cookies, no chips, no ice cream. get vegetables and fruit, look up nice healthy recipes it also depends on how much you eat don't look at some frozen food meal where it says "a meal for 3" and go "lmao more like a meal for me" eat for one person, not two or five replace cookies and chips with nuts and fruits don't cut yourself out of junk entirely, treat yourself once in awhile to a slice of cake or something. if you've been exercising and eating good you probably deserve it frozen ready meal foods are usually bad, try to keep it fresh a lot of people on transformice are young, unless you're overweight cant-see-muh-feet don't worry about that stuff and enjoy your childhood while you still can also either stop drinking sodas or limit yourself to 2 a week. i stopped and ended up losing around three pounds. it was pretty radical. water, fruit shakes, etc. good shit. drink it. no sodas. don't be those people that get some weight loss belt and drink gatorade sitting around all day expecting to lose a billion pounds, you need to be active. just DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. eat three meals a day with a little snacking of walnuts, almonds, etc in between if you ever feel a bit hungry. people usually eat when they're bored, pick up a book or something and stay entertained or run to dem nuts you can't become a god in two days, losing weight takes some time, be patient. just for the love of god or whatever don't starve yourself |

I think i'm kinda little for starving too :3 I starved myself once by eating only 2 meals.. Trust me bad idea. And once in kindergard/ten i did not eat for the whole day and i felt so bad... |

Have lots of small meals in a day. Like 4 or 5 small meals at different times of the day, and it'll boost your metabolism and help you convert your food to energy quicker so you don't get fat as easily. Read this off google when I wanted to slow down my metabolism. So to slow mine down I eat 3 big meals a day. o/ Not sure if it actually works though. lol |

^ actually, no. eating smaller/fewer meals doesn't work. dr. oz has a lot of episodes showing how to lose weight, and some of them can be really useful. i don't watch his show but sometimes i tune into an episode or two if my dad's watching it, and some of the weight loss procedures are pretty easy if you're willing to do them. i'm not interested tho, i think i'm just plain fine. |
