Be me no really i've been trying to gain weight for 6 months ok ok, you see these tips everywhere but try to keep yourself away from snacks, such as chips and exercise often. For example, instead of going to school by bus, try walking or biking, and also don't sit around too much. |

I'm skinny and I eat a fair amount of junk-food, but my mom makes me eat healthy stuff before junk-food. I also only eat the fat on bacon, not the hard. I also just sit around the computer ALL DAY. i've lost in summer 25pounds just eat 2pieces of bread in the morning and just normale dinner in the evenings not more not less besides only water as drink ;) atleast worked for me |

Green tea w/ honey before bed works well with metabolism for me. Also drinking A LOT of water during the day to detox and not overeating or eatting fatty fast foods or buffets or whatever. Oh. Especially not fried foods, grilled is the best. Exercise/healthy foods are the key. That worked for me. ^w^ |

I suggest to try and avoid eating a lot and eat more healthy foods. You can also try doing 30 day challenges at home involving exercise, just search them up. It's not necessary to go to the gym, you can easily use your own home (depending on your home environment, however) and search up exercises online or do the 30 day challenge. If you don't have an exercising mat, then just lay a towel on the floor, or even a blanket. You can use one that you don't care for that much, and then wash it afterwards if necessary. Drinking a lot of water is important too. Even the shortest walks can help. Just try avoiding eating too much fattening and unhealthy stuff, because then the exercise would just be a waste. It's also best not to continuously lose weight and then gain weight too quickly, as that can result in stretch marks half of the time. It's important to take care of your skin and health. |

Find yourself a sport you like. For me, that's both Tennis and Volleyball. One way to find out if you enjoy it (if you dont know already) is to play with a friend who does or just try out different sports. I have a friend who is really enthusiastic about volley and she dragged me to joining the school's team afterschool; turns out, it's a lot of fun! Kinda miss it after 'Volleyball season' ended; wouldve entered basketball as well, but I'm going to be diving back into tennis. Sports and exersize make you happier as well, so really there's like no downside unless you hate every sport that much. Find ways to reduce the amount of fat in the food you consume by experimenting alternatives and finding tastes you like. My parents often avoid using too much or any oil/butter in food and often it's pretty damn tasty o/ Although indulging once in a while is alright! Actually, I know a recipe for a soup that is mainly vegetables (which I. dont like) and it tastes surprisingly good. It can be consumed with unbuttered popcorn or even some cheese. I made a quick paste with the ingredients for anyone who might want to try it out. + Another benefit to exersizing is that you'll feel so much better when treated to candy. When I started volleyball, lost weight, my mom bought be chocolate bars once in a while when she went out, which she wouldve not done had I not gotten into sports more. It also just feels more rewarding, you know? omg i just noticed that i posted earlier up in 2014 lol |
