MyMusic was the primary series of the MyMusicShow YouTube channel. It documented the antics of MyMusic, a transmedia production company where, rather than referring to each other by name, the staff go by the varying music genres with which they associate. CEO and founder Indie heads the team, which consists of people following extremely different (and frequently conflicting) tastes and attitudes. The company claims to have been given the YouTube original channel, and has a documentary crew filming them day to day.

Charries! (Characters)

Indie:

Adam Busch as Indie, a modern-day hipster and the CEO of MyMusic. According to a quote on the old MyMusic webpage, his real name is Jeb Indie.[3]

Indie (Real name: Jeb Indie) is the quiet, somewhat hipster-spirited and perhaps tempermental manager and founder of MyMusic. From the company's humble beginnings, Indie decided to make the MyMusic blog as unmainstream as possible before he hired Idol, which expanded the company.
His main goal in life is try his hardest not to be mainstream, which he despises. He gets along well with his employees but direly hates his Intern 2 who, even though does work for him, consistently makes bad comments about and almost always exclaiming "Shut up Intern 2!"
Idol:

Grace Helbig as Idol, a social media addict and the Social Media Guru of MyMusic. She is a big fan of anything mainstream and follows any popular trend. According to the newspaper article glimpsed briefly in the first episode, her real name is Jamie Woods.[4]

Idol (Real name Jamie Woods) is the pompous, comformist social-media-addict and head of design at MyMusic and thinks of herself as the "cooliest" person around. She calls herself the inventor of the duck face and she "just sits at her desk all day listening to music by boys who look like lesbians" according to her co-worker, Metal. She is definitely for mainstreaming, and her favorite type of music is American Idol winners, The Voice winners, etc. Every now and then she breaks out into song, which everyone hates as she's a terrible singer.

Metal:

Jarrett Sleeper as Metal, a metalhead and the Head of Production at MyMusic. He is the father of Rayna and the husband of Tina. When faced with incompetence, he dreams of taking over MyMusic, and renaming it Metal Town. According to his Yelp account and an episode of MyMusic Presents, Metal's full name is Emmet Allan Klaga.[5]

Metal (Emmet Allan Klaga according to his Yelp account and an episode of MyMusic Presents) is the gruff, anger-managed and die-hard rock fan head of production at MyMusic and the most recent employee to be hired to work at the MyMusic company. As his nickname shows, he's a huge fan of metal and usually asks, "What would Kerry King of Slayer do?" Metal has a relatively good relationship with most of the other employees at MyMusic.

Scene:

Lainey Lipson as Scene, a happy-go-lucky scene girl and an intern at MyMusic who has an unrequited obsession with Indie. She has a LinkedIn account that reveals her name to be Norma Haish.[6]

Scene (real name: Norma Haish) is the first intern hired at MyMusic. Despite popular belief and/or misunderstanding among her fellow co-workers, she is definitely not emo, but a Nyan Cat-loving, smurf-fearing, fun-loving girl. Scene has good intentions, despite being over the top and getting in people's way some times.
Intern 2:

Jack Douglass as Intern 2, a generic, bland intern at MyMusic who is commonly abused and berated by the other employees. Based on his Spotify playlists on Facebook, his real name is Melvin Munson.[7]

Intern 2 (Melvin Munson) is the second intern to be hired to work at MyMusic. He usually doesn't express much emotion such as most characters at the show, and his character have a lot of undecided thoughts. He often works for Indie (i.e. massaging him, doing various chores for him), but yet Indie still hates him, claiming that he smells and is a moron. He along with Scene, who is his friend, are considered 'slave labor' according to Indie.
Techno & Dupstep:

Tania Gunadi as Techno, a raver who is part of MyMusic's Talent Booking team. She is the only staff member who can understand Dubstep, and she acts as his translator.

Chris Clowers as Dubstep, a raver who can only communicate through "wubbing" and other various noises. Although he can understand everyone else, Techno is the only staff member who can interpret what he is saying. He is part of MyMusic's Talent Booking team.

Techno & Dubstep are the two talent bookers at MyMusic. The two, hence their names, are addicted to techno and dubstep music, and think flashing lights, glow sticks, and dance parties are the answer to everything (except ice cream).
Dubstep speaks in beatboxes, and only Techno can understand him.
The two were hired and made the company grow fast by designing their official website before it closed down.

Many fans speculate that Techno and Dubstep have a romantic liking to each other, as they seem to have the closest relationship out of all the rest of the crew and are the most often seen together.
Hip Hop:

Mychal Thompson as Hip Hop, the Head of Marketing of MyMusic who, despite his gangster facade, is a nerd who enjoys Japanese culture and role-playing games. According to his Tumblr, his name is Curtis Armstrong. It is revealed that he was once a cello teacher for ROTFL:BRBTTYL:) member Lunch, played by Athena Stamakinley.

Curtis Armstrong, better known as Hip Hop, is the gangster-like, street-stylized head of marketing at MyMusic. As his name suggests, he is a fan of hip hop and rap, and usually talks like a stereotypical rap artist. If mad, he usually threatens the victim with his personal gun or another weapon, due to his Detroit street-like attitude. However, he secretly leads the double life as a nerd, which was at first he only confided with Intern 2 about, but eventually admitted it to his other co-workers.
Country: (The new person in season 2!!! c:)

Country is the new addition to the cast of MyMusic and to the staff of the MyMusic company. She is played by Lee Newton. (Not much we know aobut her o-o")
