The Helpers are players of Atelier 801 games that are willing to help users with any questions they may have.
The Helpers were originally created by the user How. The group was established on September 20th, 2011 and has been running strongly ever since.

Our goal is to help users with their questions and reduce the amount of whispers Atelier 801 staff get.

The Leaders of the Helper project are Shamousey (EN) and Ratacp (ES).

How do I become a Helper?
We typically open up applications when we feel we have a need for Helpers. When they open up, an announcement will be made in this thread, and the title changed to reflect such.

Are Helpers staff?
No, they are not an official part of Atelier 801 staff. They are also not considered Cheeseformice staff.

How old do I have to be to become a Helper? Is there an age requirement like staff positions?
We typically prefer users be fifteen or older, but exceptions can be made if you are mature.

What could lessen my chances of joining the team?

• Poor behaviour, such as insulting users, or spamming.
• Not taking time on your application. Even if this is a small and simple position, it's still good to show initiative by making sure your application is clear, concise and expresses everything in a good way.
• Being immature.
• Receiving a ban on CheeseForMice, Transformice, or Transformice's official forums, depending on the reason for the punishment.
  

A Helper was rude to me! What should I do?
Message the helper leader of your community in game or via conversation on Cheeseformice.
Don't forget to explain what happened, provide all screenshots and proof you have. Do not falsely report or make up lies about a Helper just to get them removed.

I have problems with a leader of a specific community, have proof, and I think they should be punished. Who do I contact?
Currently, there are three international leaders of all helpers, Shamousey and Ratacp. They're the one that can help you with your leader issues. Message them, preferably via conversation on CFM, or on IRC channel #TFMHelpers.

A Helper didn't know what to do! Shouldn't he be fired?
Be aware that we are only human, and we don't know everything. Some people have different fields of expertise, or expertise in completely different games. For example, you might not get much info about Fortoresse from a Bouboum Helper. Please try to be patient if a Helper cannot answer your question.
