Clothes: A plain white shirt with stripes going horizontally and the colour can be light blue of the stripes. Short trousers which can be a grayish brown colour with no pattern. The shoes can be flip flops which can be red XD No pattern on them.
For the hair, hat, and earring you can use my transformice reference which is below.
