He visibly paled, nodding his head reluctantly and giving something of a, "...Right." With a spin of his heel, he faced the monsters, the shit-eating grin placed upon his lips nothing more than a reminder to himself that he was one-hundred percent sure that he was going to lose this battle. Mortifying. He clasped his hands together in a bridge before pulling his palms toward one another, creating a tight lock. What was this for? Concentration, of course. One of the things he'd been the least skilled in was essentially required for an attack that he'd spent years studying, and this fact never failed to draw a sigh from his mouth. And to top it off, he'd have to do it quickly with the speed that those annoying ants had been keeping up. He couldn't quite remember what his "master" had called them. Nervous sweat broke out on his forehead as one of the snapping beasts neared, and he had to hop a few steps backward to avoid being at the demise of a few measly bugs. Just as the boy had confirmed his rightful balance in a lingering patch of grass, he couldn't help but smirk at the yelping sounds of confusion coming from the gaping mouths of the tiny creatures as they were abruptly lifted into the air by no one other than Mook himself. In fact, he may have enjoyed that moment a bit too much, as the set object of direction faltered and the beasts instead headed right into the clutches of Kairi. |

Kairi facepalmed and went running towards the beasts. Okay. He wasn't ready? One by one, she swung her keyblade watching them evaporate in the air. Finally. All gone. She took a deep breath and collapsed onto the ground, taking a small break. |

He stood there, gaping. Ants. He'd been beaten by ants. Was he really that bad? Man. A mortified (as he'd predicted) look spread across his features, and when he turned around to look upon Kairi it showed no signs of diminishing. "That was a fluke." |
