To add some discussion value:

How do you like it?
Do you think any changes should be made and if yes, which?

I never played fight myself but hey, still curious what everyone thinks.

why can't the person just ask themselves instead of having people spam the admins' contact inbox like that's not really a good idea and i really doubt that it'll motivate them to actually remove the skills in that room

It'd be a good idea to add toggling shaman skills on and off in Lua rooms. That doesn't look like Lua to me, though...

I know they don't plan on adding anything for bots.

Yeah, fight is ran with bots still. I think that fight built with the Module API would be the next best step, although reasonable stats without use of a bot would be the next main thing needed other than skills for that.

i hate how the "creator" of the bot wants players to spam the admins, thats kind of a selfish move right there.
although fight can use the bots, i think fight should be lua.

On the surface, it might seem like it, however behind the scenes:

The creator has asked Tig multiple times to ensure shaman skills were not added to fight, starting before even hardmode was added to fight and continuing through as skills were actually added - He hasn't recieved an answer once to any of these requests.

He has suggested different things, such as a different P category for dual sham maps which wouldn't allow skills or hardmode to be used - this has also been completely ignored to my knowledge.

When Staff -> Admin "communication" is this poor, what else is there to do but ask those people who really care about fight to personally petition the admins via the contact form in the hopes of a response?

i wanted to write the admins but the contact form is always broken :( i guess they dont care

1. Because of skills fight was removed first of all.
2. People use 'skills' as an advantage.
3. I prefer Bots over LUA scripts.

That is no surprise in my point of view, It kinda was the same with name styles, they still left that box, even though about as half of players in transformice (except those who truly do not care) and they already made 1 style, that people liked, but instead they just added an option to remove your nickname from your head.. and other things I won't start.

Anyways, back to fight.

'Creator' said, that fight could run on Lua, but he can't put it on API, because all the players stats, and everything are too much to hold for the API, he said he will work on it though.

Yeah, there's a very strict limit on saving things with the API right now, a couple of people have figured out how to save the information as efficiently as it seems to be possible right now, but from the sheer amount of players Fight has it all lies on Tigrounette now, maybe the people messaging through the contact form will be enough to get Tigrounette to make some much needed API changes.

Lmao if 1000+ people did the messaging.. We would have it in no- time.

Well... they took notice :)

This is also why Atelier801 as a company that makes me laugh. They don't care about the players at all really.
