According to this post Transformice will have the video replacement by January 27th 2016, since Youtube will no longer support flash for games that require AS3 API. Unfortunately Atelier801 will replace Youtube with Vimeo, which will have less videos that are popular.

I dunno what would happened to Nekodancer other then the fans feared the game will be shutting down.

Le update: On Meli's Tumblr Blog it is confirmed that the cartoon series video login will be thankfully replaced with the clickable link. It is also comfirmed the Nekodancer is indeed going to be shut down. Sorry Nekodancer fans...

Update!: Well it looks like some people were concerned about Vimeo. Though there's no guarantee for this replacement.

Ze update: It seems that after Jan 27th 2016 Nekodancer is still here. Maybe it would be shut down in the late morning...

lets face it, flash games do seem to be dying out, in favour of "mobile gaming"
could be due to the fact that people nowadays don't have time to sit down and play a game, and that they'd prefer to be out and about with it, could be due to other factors.
it'll be weird not being able to play videos in transformice anymore (unless they do replace it with vimeo), but its just one of those things ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No, they will probably just shut down the Music rooms in Transformice.

Also, really unfortunate to hear NekoDancer is shutting down, although I could understand why.
