Good luck Ykr. Just play the game, don't think about that title. It will appear when you least expecting it.

So i installed TFM on steam on 1st January and have recorded 57 hours of playing time so far. You can imagine how much of that has been over the current event and i am still to encounter this lucky charm.

Now i have encountered luck or chance on many games before and i normally am not fussed by it, but when it's involved in a week long event, that will most likely not occur again for another year, then you can imagine how frustrating it can get for those users who are playing hours after hours trying to complete the event.

It's certainly not enticing me to spend out on fraises to buy the event items.

I kinda wanted to stay away from this topic because I feel things are a bit overheated, but I'll try to bring our point of view very quickly.

We do care about what players think, and trust me we feel your anger and frustration. The Epiphany is mostly a French tradition, and it was maybe too obvious for us that we had to implement a lucky charm because that's what we've been experiencing since we're born. We failed to project that a single charm for 25 slices was not okay, and we were wrong to implement a new title as the reward for this (an old title or a rare consumable would've been less critical).

We implemented another charm because that was the quickest fix we could do. We're on an extremely tight schedule to keep up with the other events, all the devs (and I'm saying all of them, even Azrou and Stardev) are giving a hand into coding the new events, because there's so much to do. We couldn't afford going back on previous events too much, because that would mean being late for the events to come, and that would be an even bigger disappointment.

I hope you can understand, and that you'll still appreciate all the work that has been put into the event and those to come, and not sum it up only to this title.

Not to be rude, but maybe you should've thought it through a little more logically. In what realm did you think a luck-based title, something that 38905834985 people have complained about, was a good idea?
A rare consumable or an old title, yes. That would've been a good plan. I could've dug that.
The only new title for the event? No.

The question now is what plan do you have to let people have the title? Or are you just gonna let them slug it out more?

Well, now that I know that the rumour that y'all are throwing shit together as it goes is true... lol
We shouldn't suffer because of it. Yes, we should be lucky to even get events, I agree on that. But throwing stuff together and hoping it sticks isn't gonna cut it, and you'll lose more of your dwindling older player base as it goes.

I'm sure they can just throw in the King's cake title for doing something in next weeks things (assuming there is one? I'm not keeping track)

my favorite events were still the ones you didn't have to play 30+ hours for. aka the christmas tree clicking one. That was cute and fun.

should of planned ahead of time considering they've had almost 6 years to come up with this event rotation idea and tons of trial and error. kind of disappointed they're all just making events as they go, should of put more effort into working up to this instead of a lacking Christmas event that went on for too long and breaking an end of the year promise to all other players with the name changes.

but is there a way you'd be able to make the title less-harder to get? i personally have no interest in this event, but for the ones who are starting to become like ykr in this event, you would make their day even if it was just like 10% easier to get, because they'd have a higher chance
