I definitely support this. The shaman hotkeys they pick out make me confused. Thank you for this.

Even though i don't use hotkeys, i feel like this would make using them so much easier for people.

Very nice idea. Maybe we could also set shaman items to keys like 'f' and other letters. And also, it would be nice if we could bind other things like opening friends list, tribe thingy, shop and anything else.

I'm giving my /fullsupport because this is something I was looking for a whole lot while! While playing transformice (or nearly any game) I'm not used to using my mouse and I tend to use the trackpad instead so shamaning and going down on the list to spawn the right items takes me quite more time resulting in sometimes failing to save mice or finish the map in time! So, as Dracoleaf and plenty others said already, it would be absolutely wonderful if this or something similar was a thing! Even, if in my opinion, limiting the hotkeys to 0-9 would be better as they would be more organized, easier to code and that would allow the admins to give letters other abilities in further events and updates, setting shaman items to other keys than numbers isn't that bad of an idea at all! ♥

the other objects are hard to use since you need to scroll and click...It will be better to have hotkeys at least you'll know what to use and what will you always need
