It seems to be due to the fact the forum is another service on the community platform that you can be connected to, but doesn't explicitly have a language community that you're connected to.

A sentinel has to move it there manually. For EN we generally wait a few days after the topic's been locked to move it.

I must ask, how long is "a few days" in this case?
I mean, just look at this screenshot.
Most of these are a week old, or even older.

Around a week, 5-7 days. Some of those can be moved now.

I think of Forum being the actual site (atelier801.com/forums). I think of Subforum being each, well, sub-forum in the forum site. Subforums can even have Subforums inside.

Ok, so I've got another problem.
I made a brand new scroll map and I tried testing it by submitting a random song or vid. Problem is, I can't see the screen or hear the music. It doesn't work on other maps either. The last time I was online, it worked. I left TFM for about a month now. Well as I said, it worked last time. I tried EVERYTHING I could. Disable & enable the music in settings, contacting TFM, getting another friend to submit a vid and make a utility room, and refreshing. IT DIDN'T WORK. Please tell me how to fix this.

I have a problem. Every time I get cheese in shop it always count as 1 but I never get fraise coins because I tried coming on every week but everything i'm on the event maps takes forever to come. So I never got a shaman orb or a fraise coin :-[

You need 15 hearts for a fraise
and 20 hearts for the cartouche/shaman orb

I knew that its just I don't have enough time to play TFM now a days.

You could always still get a fraise coin and cartouche in other events
