I've been seeing crazy stuff happen in the event map. One time in vanilla 1, the second we spawned the CHARLOTTE meter thing was full.

Meh, just stop farming then. You have a week. Also you can wait for the event while afk.

The admins did that just to prevent people to complete this easily and, also, because of saves farming... vanilla2 had 104 mice and the event bugged -_-

Guys, a few tips: DO NOT try to make the event in a very crowded room, it just makes it harder. You need to have 80% of the room that says Charlotte, and with crowded rooms with afks it's harder. Try smaller rooms.
Also don't yell Charlotte BEFORE the map arrives, that's what causes the bug. It only has like 5% chance of happening, but in crowded rooms it's more likely to appear.

in big rooms they just yell before it happens...
so it is kind of impossible to Make everyone don't say it before the event
