I cant use the chat or cafe in E2 due to that, it sucks since E2 isnt filled with hateful little kids in the cafe like EN
it would be easy to check the user spelling says with an english dictionary to see if he is speaking english no and problem solved no?

The only problem I see with is suggestion is who will check the forms and approve players. That's the only issue, but otherwise, I would like to have this implemented in the game.

It's still not realistic to think this is just another thing staff can and are willing to do besides all of the other things they already do. Most people in this thread are hugely underestimating the amount of work that is required to set something like this up, and to maintain it at the same time.

If only it was as straight forward as this. If you want to do this properly you're going to have to set some kind of threshold as to what is and what is not acceptable for the E2 server. How fluent do you have to be to be allowed to speak on the E2 server? What are you going to do with those entries who end up in a grey area in regards to their level of fluency? How are you going to objectively decide someone's fluency of English (or any other language for that matter) through a small piece of text? How do you know someone didn't just ask for help from a more fluent person? Are you going to expect all moderators to prioritize fluency reports over hack reports? In short, I can go on and on but the point is that there are so many buts and ifs that it just isn't realistic to think this is just something that can be done in a few minutes. We shouldn't want all this work for something as little as access to a language community.

It's a good thought, but sounds too chaotic.
