I login, and I get the gray cover of death.

it was doing well yesterday but now it happened again
freaking game! im not gonna play this anymore

I keep crashing.
Yesterday our cable got messed up but fixed.
Is it my internet or Transformice in general?

the game doesnt load for me on my laptop i always get "Tentative de connexion au serveur " (after some mins) "Unable to connect to the game, please retry later. "

It started happening to me since the start of this day please fix it soon im sure its not my dns or computer or internet because i use a bootable usb that resets to default after every restart and the problem keeps happening after restarting

Having the same issue here. I managed to log in once, but it kicked me out and I can't seem to go back in.

5. Do you use a browser or a standalone?: I've tried both- same result
6. What company provides your internet (ISP)?: TWC
7. The result after each of the potential fixes listed above: It'll constantly give me that same message, regardless of standalone, browser, or a different computer

Problem: Everytime i try to log in with my main account Shinoaberame, the room loads then lags alot, then crashes. I have tried both guest and my side accounts, and they work fine. Am I secretly banned or something? Someone help me please.

4. Have you tried on the same PC, but with a different internet connection? What was the result? : Yes, it was the same result
5. Do you use a browser or a standalone?: A browser (Checked it out on Google chrome and Firefox.. also used different link versions one being the http://www.transformice.com/ and the other being http://www.kongregate.com/games/atelier801/transformice but it gave the same result)
6. What company provides your internet (ISP)? : For both the cases, in relation to point 4, I used Reliance Communications and Airtel
7. The result after each of the potentional fixes listed above: No luck, cleared cache multiple times but its still there..

i quit this game now fix the fuckin thing. and i cant connect because it says Tentative de connexion au serveur and it takes a long time till i reload and still the same result. fix this moderators

Do you have Steam? If yes, that might solve your problems!

Whenever I play transformice, it works perfectly fine, for both steam version and browser. Try using the steam version of transformice, maybe it'll help. Because tbh, I think the steam version of transformice has less lag, and it's probably slow internet connection that's preventing you from using transformice.

Be patient and don't be rude. Complaining wouldn't do any good.

I still can't use transformice. What can I do?

Try using a different browser, it's probably browser problems. Or, if you have many tabs open, x out some tabs. If it still doesn't work, destroy your computer check if your computer has a virus or malware. Malware may prevent you from using transformice.

Btw hi shino LOL. So, :L it worked this morning, but it was rlly laggy and it started logging me out saying ''Server Inturrupted'' or ''Transformice cannot work at this moment'' or something! :C I have been on for hours trying to figure it out... I keep trying, but either it doesn't load, or it just sticks.. Maybe its my computer..? But it may not be just me though.. My friends were having problems too, and this morning i saw only 26 people on above to where you log in.
