It's a way of cursing in spanish (see here), and the person who posted that picture happens to speak spanish. That's why I think it's fake. The handwriting doesn't even match the other cards.

the other was just a guess, since everything Elise sent leads to map 10 (except the dance emote) and everything buffy sent is related to shaman
