It's already an official sprite made by The Pokemon Company/GAME-FREAK themselves. No need to recolor or anything, Jordy already has a source for all official sprites that are for Gen 5 and below, and I'm 95% sure official sprites for a shiny Ralts is in there.

I mainly use Piskel App and to get Png images, I click the "export" button, then I click "Png" then I download the image, incase you were wondering

I use MS Paint, make sure the canvas is reduced to 96x96, and download a .png for the official menu sprite of the Pokemon I'm spriting. I draw the thing, then I color it in with the menu sprite, drag the menu sprite off the canvas to "delete" it, save the picture as .png, go to Online Image Editor, then I transparent the image before I upload it to Sta.sh.

I also might work on a Cutiefly and Ribombee later

i still going to wait for shiny suicune entei and raikou sorry if i feel like i rushing my sis woruld love to see them..
