@6827739 - The lava on the top got an invisible ground on it. But the invisible ground isn't placed well. You can see a bit of the lava underneath it. It may confuse the mice whose playing on this map.

I don't see any misaligned grounds... can you take a screenshot to show me what exactly you see that isn't supposed to be?

The beggining too precise and confusing. Most mice keeps going trampoline to trampoline lots of times without going down because map is not clear. When you figure out how to do it, you waste all the time trying to reach the chocolate. Even if the map just started and you already know how it is, you waste a looooot of time just on this part.

It worked as it was supposed to. It's probably a glitch but it doesn't happen very often.

The rotor becomes in the wrong direction when the map is reversed (as a P7).

I'll ask the bootcamp crew about this. I never liked playing this map when it came up in the rotation personally.

Every category needs some hard and some easy maps, it's not a problem unless there are too many of each. There definitely aren't many P8 maps this easy. Nobs need to have some maps that they can sham, too.

I removed this map from racing once for this reason but added it back later. I like having a couple of maps in each racing group that are very difficult and only a few mice can finish. It's not a problem as long as there are not many maps like this.

I don't recognize this map... I don't always review the racing thread nowadays, I have some slaves that do it for me and I just oversee it. I'll blame one of them. I played it and I don't like that tramp either, I've removed the map from racing.

Mech maps are hard to find: They require advanced mastery of XML, so players create fewer of them. They are the most prone to sync errors, breaking, and glitches. Even those that work correctly, few are any fun to play. As a result there are a lot of simple old mechs like this that need to fill up P6. I played it in a few rooms to make sure it still worked and it worked well enough for me to justify keeping it in rotation.

I couldn't reproduce this, if you can please PM me with further details.

(edit: it's been brought to my attention that this is simply a game related bug and unrelated to the map)

Racing maps are supposed to be relatively difficult compared to maps in the normal rotation. There are more difficult maps than this.

Art is subjective, as for the gameplay, people who play it enjoy it and that's what matters.

@1479194 - I sincerely do not see any reason for this map to be p4 has a generic gameplay, and it gives a lot of freedom to the rats giving the chance some more experienced can reach the cheese without the help of the shaman, and the map can be easily completed with a bubble

@3048411 - This map does not give more support for the shaman I suggest p7
