Right now I have no reason to believe that the system is bugged. It's simply a bit confusing because it has been changing frequently.

Currently, to make Steam purchases, your accounts needs to meet one of two conditions.
  • First, Steam determines whether or not an account is trustworthy or not. For this it uses the same vague mechanisms as described here. If your account meets that condition, you can go ahead and purchase.
  • Because Steam apparently is strict a lot of people could not purchase (leading to several pages of complaining, see earlier), a second condition was added: Time played. This gets confusing to players because it only counts the play time since the condition was implemented, so even if you have played for years already, you will need to play a bit more to be able to purchase through Steam again.

Someone told me that I need to play more than 60 hours on steam to be able to buy fraise? Is this right?
And I need to buy at least 1 fur by fraises since the condition was implemented to be able to gift my friends too? I bought many furs by fraises when playing on steam but it happened before this condition was made

I selected an amount of fraises to buy, but nothing pops up!

I'm having this problem. I tried to buy Fraises using Safari, accidentally clicked 'cancel' when the link popped up. I tried to open it up again and no link showed up, just a blank page. I disabled my extensions that block popups, refreshed the page it still didn't work. So I tried a different browser, Google Chrome, and it did the same thing, nothing pops up.

So, i tried to buy 500 fraises to get a fur and went through the whole Paypal stuff and then it said "You must now return on Transformice to confirm your payment." i went back onto Transformice and it still had the Payment is in progress box, but i did accidentally close the Payment is in progress box the 1st time i did it, but then went through the Paypal info again, not sure if that has to do with it but i don't know what to do... Edit: nvm fixed it by doing it on browser instead of the app

I would be complaining about payment.allopass.com , first I went to buy strawberries by sms on transformice and did not get the code to get to complete the purchase , total yield 15 reais spent. and I have my rights .

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here. It's strongly recommended to use these tips to streamline your correspondence and speed up the overall process of getting help.

Hey I Need Help, I Whispered A Mod And They Lead Me Here. There is nothing that would help me with my issue.
i have money on my steam account i loaded it there to get fraises. i literally lost my money cause there is nothing in steam that i do except tfm,
and it wont let me buy fraises, it repeats the error code ''You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase.''

help me i spend my money on this and it wont give me fraises!!

I bought fraises multiple times (in game), and it didn't work. I got transaction error, like usual, then I refreshed. Usually it shows the fraises after that, but not this time. What's going on?

I already submitted the support ticket, should I resubmit it since there's no response since 2+ weeks?

Sorry for the lack of replies lately, I've been preoccupied. It's likely to stay that way too. Thanks +Riannaleo for helping out with the more straightforward problems.

I keep getting the following message: "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase."

This may occur when you are trying to make a purchase through Steam. It's a security measure intended to counter Fraises fraud through Steam. If you keep playing actively, you will be able to make a purchase through Steam. Keep in mind that only play time since June 7, 2016 is included, and only when using the Steam client. Play time from before that date does not count towards being able to make a purchase, just as play time using other accounts and/or clients is not counted. If you need Fraises right away, please log in through the official website or standalone and purchase them through Paypal or mobile payment instead.

You get different options on different clients. If you log in using Steam, you get Steam payments. If you log in through the website or official standalone, you will get Mobile and Paypal as payment options.

Recently i've been getting an error "Transaction error, please try again later." with every purchase I try to make.

It's been going on for about 4-5 days now, and the last time I tried to use steam it only lets me buy about 40 dollars worth every week, so i'm just getting a bit irritated because I don't want to wait a week to spend money on a game that can't even keep it's payment options working properly.

The transaction errors are likely due to some recent server instabilities. As for the payment cap... This was most likely done to prevent fraudulent efforts to quickly obtain large amounts of Fraises. You must be one of Atelier 801's top customers and I understand that it's annoying, but there are most likely very few people that want to legitimately spend that much money per week on Transformice. As such I don't think that's a problem that is going to be solved.

EDIT: Apparently such a payment cap doesn't affect Paypal or Mobile purchases. Perhaps try those?

That's most likely a problem with Zeevex. I'm assuming it's a blank web page you're seeing?

In order to gift, your account must meet these requirements:
  • Have bought a fur at least 7 days ago
  • Have at least 700 cheese gathered
  • Play at least 30 hours
  • Email validated

Please send me a private message so we can figure out what happened to your ticket. I think it's best if you do not spend these Fraises, it is possible that they will be cancelled since you did not actually pay for them.

Please help me! Me and another friend on this website have been given trouble when attempting to purchase fraises. As usual, we click our amount of fraises we want and confirm our payments. When we wait for it to confirm it on transformice, text appears saying "Transaction error, please try again later." We've been trying for days on end to purchase our fraises, but the same thing appears every time. Please and thank you!

We each use Visa cards and pick 20$ worth of fraises.

That happens almost all the time for me. Just refresh, and the fraises should be there. If not, I'm not sure how to help.
