Well, I could say I related to the people who are trying to purchase Fraises via steam while having the game up and running. From there, I too get the error:
"An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team using our contact form."
I have done the following and filled out the form approximately 2 weeks ago and have not heard from any staff member who could give some angle of direction to resolve this issue. I feel after 2 weeks is long enough to wait for a response.
I do have the correct amount of funds on my steam account to make this pocess, that never did go through. I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled to see if that worked and it hasn't and had the same error. Looking forward to see how to resolve this! It's going on 3 weeks to almost a month for me ever since I have noticed this situation report.
I have also tried doing the different amount of purchasing to see if the same error persist; $0.99, $4.99 and $9.99 all had the same error repeated in the chat-box of the game, if that helps any. Also a first time I am having this issue, because I bought a lot of fraises through steam in the past and I lost count as to how much I honestly spent on the game in the shop. :s
