Hey!

My suggestion basically is a Tutorials subforum. I know some people won't like this but I thought I might post it there as it is possible but it would need some support. If it gets enough /no supports I'll get it locked.

Thanks
Luke [:

As well as forum tutorials it could include in-game and shaman builds would be considered as tutorials.

knowing there's more tutorials then map submission threads yes

but /no support

If I want a map tutorial I would look in map editor subforum
for a tfm related tutorial I would go to disscussions
etc there are tutorials thrown around everywhere, I don't like the idea of a bunch of random tutorials in one subforum

I don't see how having them all in one place would be less convenient. Better than having to search through a bunch of different subforums.

I see no cons to this idea. I support!

Map Editor has been that way literally since the first forums though; because really what else can be discussed? :P

I remember with the vBulletin forums there was this suggestion, and in the end was ultimately denied because they just couldn't find enough tutorials to fill it. :[

To be honest, I don't think some of the "tutorial" threads there have been, such as breaking a [tag] on the forums or underlining text, or how to build a so-and-so simple thing as shaman are good enough to constitute an entire subforum. One or two threads linking to all of these tutorials will be just as organised.
