Fonts only work if they're installed on your system, most of which you've listed aren't installed on every operating system nor many users have manually installed. If the font isn't installed on the computer you're browsing from, it defaults back to a serif font (Times New Roman on WIndows operating systems).

The 6 listed in the BBCode bar are there because they're commonly available and widely used on a lot of people's computers.

The only fonts that'll definitely work for all people are already provided, so this seems rather pointless.

Except the ones already provided are only supplied with Windows so won't necessarily work for Linux/OSX users.

This is Hand of Sean, which I have on my computer for graphics work. I can view this. You probably can't.
Literally any font will work for you if you have it installed. :P

As people have said before, the fonts that you can possibly use are those that are installed on your system so listing all of them would require listing all fonts in existence. If you want to find out which fonts you have installed and see a nice preview of some text in those fonts, you can use: http://wordmark.it/
