If you use the H="800" tag in the map editor: XML a dit : And when you load the XML and try to validate the map, an invisible sticky ground appears in the middle of the map. Kateluvsyou a dit : This is a glitch.. Won't be like this for long but if you want to make some sticky grounds here is a tutorial: [Tutorial] How to make sticky grounds The sticky ground seems to stay there even though you export the map.. Dernière modification le 1503139920000 |

Thanks for making a thread on this, Kim. I sadly ran into this while trying to play around with some map ideas and it seems to happen for Kim as well, making this more of a nuisance than anything. Update: I was exploring the glitch some more and it's even possible to have it when you have just an L tag without the present of an H tag, meaning it has something to do with adding any extra "space" to your map at all. Still possible when adding defilante as well, I would like to see this fixed sooner rather than later |

Grimmaro a dit : So yes, I figured that out too. I also figured out that some people experience it and some people don't sense the sticky ground. My friend Mousetat says that it might be because of different standalones. I found it weird because some of my friends just dropped, while I touch the sticky ground and fall more faster. He also says that he sees me dropping too. Which is weird because I feel like I am touching a sticky ground. Also I use Baffler standalone. Try it on Baffler standalone and see if the glitch works. I'm not sure how this glitch works, I don't experience it at all...if possible a gif/video to show it could be good to explain it... I just drop down without any resistance or web-like invisible ground, can't see the issue...using tfm standalone (i tried it on baffler too but it doesn't work) |
