Possibly, I told my friend she could have one of my shinies if she signed up
Once she chooses which one she wants I'll let you know
If she wants the Milkank I'll try to find you another one or you can choose the Murkrow or Durumaka

You need Pokeballs
Then you should attack the Pokemon and get it down to low health, but you don't have to
To then throw a Pokeball at the Pokemon and just hope you get it.
There's different types of Pokeballs, and each have their advantages. The Master Ball is the best, but it very expensive (I can only afford one myself)
