How do you move a Pokemon into fields ?

You have to go from Farm on your Nav bar to Your fields and click and drag a PokéMon into a field you so desire.

I got two summons from the two boxes I had. The luck is real.

Oh, that happens quite often. It typically only happens for a few hours for me, though.
