thank you! i used these settings for hair:

i don't think it's the best, i still need to improve.

i find that brush easy to use, because it blends things in mostly, but i also used the blur tool to make it look more smooth.

on the second image it's the lineart, i used similiar colours from the coloured part and just drew some lines on the top of it.
