well apparently i was wrong about the whole voice actors thing
they didnt even bother asking the original voice actresses back, they just went to find new ones, and apparently that really upset the original voice actresses.
But that'd be fine... if they werent trying to really replicate the original voices.

And they don't... seem to have a grasp on the charaters. Like, Buttercup's voice actress said that Buttercup is very thick skinned, but we've seen Buttercup fly off the handle for the simplest of things. Buttercup's always had a temper and let it get the better of her, but she's never gone to such lengths as I've seen in this show, and the very few times she did, she knew what she did was a very, very, very bad thing that she had to get under control.

There's a lot more I could hunt down, but yeah, I'm actually... I was rooting for this show, and now I've really lost respect for it. Kinda blows.

Ok so I'm watching episode 1.

So far, animation looks normal, like it looks new, but it doesn't look like teen titans to teen titans go, kind, it looks like a powerpuff girls animation, so I'm fine with it.

Buttercup's voice is fine, however blossum's voice isn't all that same, but I can get used to it. Bubble's voice is different but tbh I like the change, so so far I've satisfied.

The comedy so far from 2 minutes in seems fine.

Princess thing seems a bit forced.

At this point (2:45) I'm not entirely liking the voice acting it seems robotic even, but it's okish.

The episode is actally ok, but I feel like this isn't an episode for episode 1, which is, interesting? not a good thing though.

The episode seems more like a continuem of the Power Puff Girls instead of a reboot, which while I appriciate that, I feel that they should have basically done an "episode one, introducton" because kids while they know about the power puff girls, most have never actually seem them.

Manboy seems like a fun character, good addition, I feel like it's a feminism political statement by CN but that actually fits well in a Power Puff Girls cartoon, I just hope they take it in an improving theme that looks good.

9:00 I don't like these "real life images" that CN is putting in their cartoons, it doesn't look normal and I'm very disappointed I found it in these new cartoons.

Ok so for the most part it was a nice episode but my main complaint is that it didn't seem like an episode one. I hope they improve the series as it goes along mainly.

the shoehorning of internet lingo and trendy words into this just makes it downright unwatchable

they also took away ms. bellum and dissed the original female voice actors so yeah this is a no-go for me
