It's good to find a topic like this in the EN forum as I tried to share a point of view on Atelier within the Arab community and got a ban because my opinion was against some of the things that sentinels and moderators in Atelier801 do, things as their involvement in communities other than their own. I'm an Arabic player and I belong to the Arabic community, however my account has been banned many times recently and by foreign sentinels who do not understand Arabic. They rely on the reports of an unofficial team to ban Arabic players. If Atelier801 society doesn't allow me to share my personal opinion in the Arabic community, why don't they mention that in the Privacy poliy instead of getting my account banned three times? I use many other games and it's the first time that my account get banned for 72 hours and then 160 hours and then 360 hours with a warning of a permanent ban because I just decided to share the negative points of some Arabic teams. I really want a better future for Atieler. But what happened to me makes me hate it. All this is my personal opinion. It is a very neglected company and does not care to tell the sentinels that they have their own communities and they should not ban players in communities other than their own with reports based on other players which aren't correct at all. I may have been talking about a complaint from the ban, but it's my personal opinion, and about the complaints I've sent to the admins a month ago, I haven't received a response so far, that is, I have been banned without violating the laws, and even so I have not received a response from the admins about this injustice. Only way they can express out are through other viable options, in this case, Twitter, Steam, and some other game sites like Kongregate and something else on top of my head to do something about it. I think every decision this company has made in the past year or so has contributed to its own fall. The worst being dedicating a whole year or more to the making of a game it wasn't able to keep fresh after release (Deadmaze), abandoning its main game and recycling events for 2 years straight, and adding little to no features for a long time, which to no one's surprise failed to maintain its already in-decline playerbase and thus lost the admins a big part of their company income. I could think of many potential changes, if added, Transformice would've remained playable but it's too late, the damage has been done and it's unrecoverable. I've been playing since 2013 and it's unfortunate to see this game sink. On another important note, my experience with the customer support hasn't been good lately, I sent a contact form a month ago and I haven't gotten any reply since.. and every attempt to contact a mod about it has failed because they were either disabling messages, or just ignoring me. Atelier801 doesn't seem to understand that having an efficient customer service is a huge part of the player experience. Enough ranting, bye Dernière modification le 1541887320000 |
