Lately there's been a lot of talking in chat that isn't English, and mods don't do anything about it. I come on EN2 specifically to avoid to foreign languages, and now they're all over EN2. Why is nothing being done? |

Mods aren't always godspeed with their jobs, y'know. You can always use /ignore if you dislike seeing players speak foreign languages. |

I thought En2 was for foreign and Normal EN was English Only Or it's maybe that foreign players went on EN sever becuase they wanted to explore? |

ringcool a dit : There's an EN2 server (English only) and an International server (any language can be spoken). I think. Dernière modification le 1482885780000 |

"Wrong Languages in Chats - Using another language in the chat, is/can be a mutable offense. [Note: The EN Server, is an International Server, so any other language will be allowed in the EN SERVER.]" En1 is international. En2 is english only. There are other things that mods never, and I mean NEVER do anything about that are listed on the rules list. As for what you've said, Cakeslices; They don't need to 'do their job' instantly, but they should be doing it in general. There are people speaking brazilian, turkish, whatever else all over the place on a daily basis and I rarely see them do anything about it. I shouldn't have to put a player on my ignore list for something that mods should be fixing themselves. Edit: But yes, I do put them on ignore. Because 9 times out of 10, the mods ignore my reports, and even whispers on the matter. Dernière modification le 1482886680000 |

Yea, it's annoying, I always see this crap on EN2. But mods probably have more important things to do, and even so, they don't answer immediately. Just ignore them, I feel ya |

Fairysugars a dit : ehh sort of. en (international) is home for all players whose languages do not have a server (exception of english) if players are filling up the chat with their own language, and they have their own server, then they will be asked to return to their home server. but yeah, e2 is supposed to be strictly english, i don't understand why players are speaking in another language on there. Some Brazilians can't talk in E2 by default due to their IP being blocked, may I also point out. Even if they speak in english, the server won't allow them to; it'll give them a message, on the lines of "You are not authoritized to speak on this server", or something like that. I honestly have no idea how they can talk in E2 other than possible hacking or they somehow don't live in Brazil. |

Some Brazilians are talking Portuguese there because I think they're using some illegal methods to change their IP and enter in the server. I'm Brazilian, and even if I speak english, the server will not allow me to speak there because my IP is Brazilian and international IP's (not english or american) are blocked there |

ironhidedr a dit : I myself would actually use a VPN (In the case, what they're using) just so I can speak with my EN friends. But since BR is a open server, and the moderators are not good, yes, we have a problem with foreigners speaking their own language at our rooms. Yes, we have problems with people calling us monkeys and yes, we have xenophobic issues all around coming from some people that might have came from EN2 itself. So yes, we might have problems that look alike, but ours is quite bigger. |

I've never seen the problem with people speaking other languages in a server as long as they aren't rude or disruptive. |

Brandonnst a dit : I agree with you on the problem that BR is an open server and the fact that BR has a bigger problem to deal with than E2. From your point of view, it makes sense that Brazilians would prefer to play on E2 since the chat is, for the most part, much less chaotic than their home server. extraordinary a dit : This is my opinion about this problem. |
