Can I move the anchor?
A: No, but you can add new ones, and you must use them.

Should I add Mp and Mv?
A: No, it's opitional, you can make a map without it.

Can we make p11 maps for Cat4?
A: Yes, as long it's halloween themed.

For category 4, will art maps have a better advantage over say vampire maps? Or is the category for gameplay with halloween theme?
