I don't think much would be possible with the way emotes are done right now. Those stubby arms making the dance animation really simple and awkward already -- the fact that mice can only overlap in one possible way makes spinning motions impossible. The way mice are drawn makes it impossible to raise their arms above their heads for a single partner spinning motion. Overall, unless something changes, this emote seems impossible without looking too similar to the hug. Also take note mice can't move from their starting positions during emotes.

The best you would probably get is the two mice joining hands doing a very simple dance. I don't really know, but it's up to admins.
