I totally get you - but in this its just a oc so in this story it's pretty much saying when the wolf, Zikaya was born no-one knew Zikaya's gender so they made Zikaya transgender instead of female or male - it's just a choice to just see if you don't know what gender to make your wolf or oc as you can just do transgender and we will see what flows.. i'm sorry if i don't make any-sense and i'm sorry if what i said didn't make any sense but transgender is a option if the wolf doesn't have a gender. Like, Zikaya sounds like a guy but looks like a girl so yea (i'm so sorry )

I absolutely did not understand a single word you said. I'm sorry.
I think the word you're looking for is ambiguous genatilia if you mean they truly don't know what their sex is, and intersex if they have a mix of male and female sexual genitals. However, seeing how your form said "Gender:" I am going to go with the idea that you meant identifying gender. If you mean they do not identify with a gender, they are agender. If you mean a person who have a mix of masculine and feminine traits, they are androgynous.
Transgender is still not an option because it is not a gender or a sex, it's a word to describe someone when one's sex does not match their identified gender. Gender identity is what one identifies as, so it doesn't matter if they look feminine and sound masculine, that's all fine. It's what they identify as is what counts.
