- That's a really big chin since the mouth is so high up

Can you give an idea what style you're trying to use? I can't help without knowing your style first. The cartoon/children style right? Or arey ou trying for anime/chibi? Give an idea.

No no, it's good.
Boobs arms are only when they're on the place where the boobs are supposed to be. Or a joking way of calling rounded arms/paws.

Surprisingly, I personally can't find anything to redline.

well that belly sticks out on the right side... also arms come from the shoulders and not, as Satass here says, from the chest. try starting the arms from where that bit of fluff is. I'd redline but dumb Mac doesn't have MSPaint so... Also, you might want to add the other ear, since it's mostly facing forward the ear should be visible.

I see.
So you want to draw cute, eh? I don't do that style, unfortunately, but I'll just show you a quick guide with my style. Start with a circle.

Then draw a rounded line. My example will show how to make the face look at the way you want it to.

Draw another line.

And then eyes and a nose.

Mouth.

Ears.

Whiskers and eyebrows.

So yeah.
Uhm.
Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
