CFM is often outdated and that map was more than likely repermed with full knowledge of the action. Either way if it was meant to be removed yet stayed in rotation in August 2011, I'm sure a bootcamp crew member has played it since then.

Anyway, I really wouldn't count on CFM for the current status of maps since the API is messed up and a lot of maps aren't shown where they're meant to be.
