It's been a while since the main game modes brought in something new. So here's a fresh dose of diversity and fun gameplay. Survivor: A new map type for survivor: Shameow! The shaman automatically turns into a cat. No objects available. The map consists of large areas and tight spaces. Mice can run through tight spaces, while cats can't. The shaman has to catch all the mice. Similar to Vampire Survivor, the cat has to stay close to a player to kill him. These can play once every 5 or once every 10 rounds, like vampires. You can find some details here. Bootcamp: One new map type. Boot challenges! Let's assume every 3 normal bootcamp rounds one challenge will play. Challenges last for 1 minute 30 seconds. The maps are more simple and straightforward than normal/prime bootcamp, and the difficulty has to be lower. This means that the map should be harder than racing, but not as hard as an average bootcamp map. It should have minimum obstacles (ex: 1 big turn-around, 1 ice wall-jump and 1 corner-jump). If you die, you respawn at the beginning, if you complete the map you get a bootcamp and you don't respawn anymore (remember the time is 1:30!). This can bring in some diversity to bootcamp and fix some room-hopping/farm issues. Defilante: Two new map types for Defilante. Arcade! This map type only uses +1 coins. It is normally shorter. It must have a colossal amount of tokens, but ensure only some can be collected at a time. Podium defilante! These maps consist of multiple areas. Each area is separated by a vertical checkpoint (a thick line with a number on it). This checkpoint won't let you pass until you collect the amount of points indicated on it. Once you collect the right amount it disappears. Both these types can play once every 5 normal rounds. Racing: Three new map types for racing. Timer racing! The rounds here last 30 seconds. Maps should have a quick flow to allow passing them in 30 seconds. When a player enters the hole, the timer goes down by 5 seconds, thus a maximum of 6 players can complete the map. Knockout racing! This is similar to soulmate maps, however you are not connected to your soulmate. You can move freely around the map. Rounds last for 1 minute. If a player enters the hole his soulmate dies. One out of two. Lap racing! The maps don't have a hole. They have a start/end point instead. You have to collect the cheese and bring it back to the point, where it will be deleted and you will have to complete the map again.
