It's really good! I like how it plays out I like how you can help friends from their death or just leave them and let them lose their stuff. pfft I'm just kidding but there need to be something in the game like... Trading but when I tried to do /trade. in the chat, it works but it does not since It wouldn't let you accept the trade I would like to give my friend some water ey oh and maybe fix the group thingy as well? and let you see where your friends are while in a group that would be nice |

Okay so after playing for a bit I have a few things to say. Firstly I like the clothing options we get in the beginning but I think it would be really cool if we could change the colors of our clothing alongside the style. Secondly, I think the durability on weapons should last a bit longer as it feels like they run out very quickly and you can be left with nothing. Thirdly, give players a way to eat and drink before they get to Lakeview as sometimes they really need to but they can't because you know, you need to be at camp. Fourthly, as I said before there can sometimes be a delay in attacking which can get you killed. I only played til I got to lakeview then I stopped but I am playing more now So far I think this is a really amazing game and it does live up to expectations a lot. Some bugs Sometimes you have to reload to get quests to work because the "goal" isn't there or won't let you click it My friend went on the railway as there was a gap there but then a gate randomly popped up and he got stuck Sometimes when you spawn you get double the starting items |

After playing a bit more I have some more things to say I am really enjoying this and it just gets better as you go along however I Do have some suggestions Firstly, when you die I think it would be better to lose a few items rather than everything you've found, that way when you die you only sacrifice a little. I also think the spawning should be fixed, I died and respawned at camp and as I spawned there was a herd of zombies and I died again, it should check for zombies before spawning the player. The game is also really slow when there are a lot of zombies in one area nad players can die because of it. I am not sure on if there is one but if not it would be cool if there was a way to store weapons/items you get so if you want to save some good weapons for later on without the fear of dying you can. |

Kagamixsama a dit : The trading system is meant to be implemented, no worries. You will be able to do it anytime anywhere :) This is a good social feature that will bring a inner economy to the game. We even plan to put a market interface where players will be able to buy and sell their items. Regarding giving to others, you can do it when you're at the campfire, but your items will be used: click on the player near you, give him food or drink to help him not having symptoms^^ Also, you'll be able to throw objects IN the fire in order to give bonuses to ALL campers for the map. Obliviousss a dit : It's planned! We don't know what form it will take yet, but it's planned :) Obliviousss a dit : When you loot a weapon or item in the world (when it's not hand-crafted by you), this item has a particular chance to drop in various qualities. Bad, medium (not shown), good etc... This quality affects the durability and the damages of the object. We use such a system for various reasons, the first being that we wanted to give interest on crafting things at your camp. When you craft a weapon, it automatically comes with a greater quality than just looting it randomly. You have good chances to craft it good quality, and the more you craft, the more you can craft good ones. It's hidden, but there are caps in the qualities, where each cap is a certain percentage of damages and durability. That way, two players who crafted the same weapon cannot have the chance to have the exact same damages and durability even if it's the same quality (I don't know if it's well explained xD) "You can be left with nothing" > normally that's a situation that can be avoided very easily, except if you died and lost all your inventory and can't loot the map any longer (because you have to wait for the items respawn in it). Obliviousss a dit : Entering Lakeview or your camp does not make your eat/food bars lower, so you don't really need to eat and drink before. But I get the frustration. Campfire is really meant to prepare for hostile maps, not the peaceful ones :) Thanks for reporting the bugs! Obliviousss a dit : I get what you mean. It can be very frustrating to lose ALL of your items. That's why we implemented the bed at your camp. You have to unlock the building, but once you crafted it, it gives you a chance not to lose all your items (the servers throws the dice for each item). You can find buildings on Peruvians and in secret passages :) Obliviousss a dit : I don't really understand what you mean by "there was a hord of zombies" when you respawned at the camp. There aren't any zombies at the camp. But what I can tell you is that we'll add a "safe zone" feature (we had the tool in the beginning of this week, thanks Tig!) to paint near the bike on each map and in particular places. Zombies won't be able to cross them and each player who enters it will lose the zombie aggro. So we'll have to use it very carefully (players will surely find a way to use it more than its first intention). Obliviousss a dit : We know there are areas so overwhelmed that they sometimes even crash! we're working on it, but we think at some point we can't really do more. So I think the respawn time on objects in the maps should be increased because it's easy to just farm through the map over and over again. Also, it would be nice if depending on your level you could find better items (I don't know if that's already a thing) But being level 23 and still seeing kitchen knives everywhere is somewhat disappointing but eh it's just a suggestion. So far the only bug I have seen is now and then when doing things (not specific things just things in general) on the camp map it breaks and you have to reload the game :) I still think the game is amazing so far and you guys should keep up with all your hard work! |

Basically it's a bad idea at so many levels, but we still use it when clicking on containers for example: each player has a unique reward. For the shown items on the world, it would be unfair :) You can salavage items and unlock their recipes in order to ameliorate their stats tho! So it has a leveling scale! So does the leveling system in the game have any use? I see it as you level up and get skills til 17 then after that, it's just numbers, I do think it would be nice to have some sort of reward/bonus/stat improvement as you level to give players a reason to want to level up. I have noticed a few glitches and bugs If there are a certain amount(IDK the exact) of zombies in an area it get's really delayed with attacking/receiving damage and I think that could be worked on. As I stated in a topic I made there is a bug when a secret passage closes with a player in it where they get stuck until it reopens. I think when a secret passage closes players should be escorted out to the entrance :) Fishing pole and Katana recipes? I think you should allow us to learn the recipes of those but add some rare ingredient to them so they not too easy to make but at least possible :) Me and Kaga are only on the quest to find Madame Jade so I don't have too much to say at the moment. I've noticed there's no "Are you sure you want to__?" when doing things like salvaging or crafting, I think it would be a good idea to add that in to prevent misclicks from happening and players losing supplies on a mistake. |
