If you have one, how about you share your friend code and your username? (so we can add you) or your mii profile or even your QR code if you want.
I have a Nintendo 3DS, but I have no idea of how to put my SD card into the computer..

Go to your Friend list
Click "Register Friend"
Click "Internet"
Enter the friend code they give you.
