How much sleep do you guys usually get?


For me it's usually about 6-10 for feeling that rested.

I usually go to bed at 8 and on a school day I wake up at 5:30
so thats 9.5 hours of sleep
so i guess thats a 9.5/10 c:
:p

Me? 6 hours at best.

5-10 Hours.

weeknds/summer,i try to go to 1.
on school nights, maybe about 7

about 5 or 6 hours

Week days:
5-7 hours
Or less depending on what's going on.
Weekends:
10-12 hours

Weekends are my rest time for all that sleep deprivation throughout the week.
So:
4/10 - week days
9/10 - weekends

5-8 hours. Usually it's 7.

weekends:3-4 hours

probably about 7-9 hours

It varies.
On weekends, normally I go to bed around 5:30 AM and wake up at 10:00 AM.
Weeks, sometimes I stay up late working on homework and the sorts and when I don't have homework I try to get to bed early.

probly about 55000 hrs of sleep in total

Kind of the same on school days I go to bed at 9:00 Pm and wake up at 6:23 thats about 9 hrs of sleep ON SCHOOL DAYs

On weekends I go to sleep at 9:00 and wake up 'bout 5:49 thats about 5 hrs 49 min

So On Weekdays I et 10/10 Hrs Of Sleep (Thats How I Feel like I got When I Wake Up)
And On Weekends I Get 8.2/10 Hours Of Sleep

10-12 hours of sleep...

But if suffering from Insomina...0-3 hours....
