i am canandrat the s.c of my tribe,i need some pro to be in my tribes

for join the tribe requirements are- 200 firstsor more than

3000 cheeses or more than
2500 saves or more than

and for tribe ranks rules are- 2 recruits for soldier
4 for treasure

6 for recruiter,huntress

8 for initiated

10 for shaman app

15 for tribe's shaman (more than 1000 firsts)

Exactly that. You want pros in your tribe so your tribe will have a high rank but...why? What's the point?
Tribes are to have fun and be with people, not for competition.

Just my two cents.

In my opinion, those tribes who just kind of attract pros into them and get a good rank that way are better than those who recruit pros and get a good rank.

Seems a bit.........can't think of a word.......formal? It seems very boring if you need recruits and firsts and rank ups. Aren't tribes supposed to be fun? Check out the Mice Krispies1 I'm not in it but their forum is beautiful :D Add some other stuff to what do you do all day? any events? Other members? You should put that stuff in ;)
