I'd go back to the time I started middle school (the year I started to have real friends).
Simply just to hit my own self in the face and warn me about all the dangers of the future etc.
And

"When you get in fights, please hit back before they try and kill you."

I imagine my younger self saying something like "ok" and walking away.
