My fave is the ender dragon from Minecraft. hard but fun

Leaft favourite: Bouldergiest (Mario Galaxy) so hard and frustrating

Cotton' fluff. yoshi game. You have to lick it, and when you lick it it HEALS YOU. yeah. keep doing it until it dies!

Most Annoying: Topmaniac (Mario Galaxy) it kills me every time!

I like the boss music, that's all. Besides the fact that bowser is so easy in Super Mario 64, that would be one of my favourite. My least favourite would be... the cat thing from the halloween event on Transformice. Only because it's so easy to kill. All the Mega Man X bosses are most annoying, i dunno why and most pointsless is ... DOPEFISH WHICH ISN'T EVEN A BOSS

I don't have a favorite boss, but I like those bosses that seem waaaaaay too hard untill you figure out how to kill it, and it gets easier.

Lease favorite must be the mini-boss envy in the binding of Isaac.

Favourite: Master Hand on Super Smash Brothers.
Least favourite: King Dee Dee Dee from the Kirby series.
Most pointless: All the extra Bowsers on {New} Super Mario Bros. 2 for the 3DS.
Most annoying: Iron Mouse on Shaman Showdown 1. He's the secret boss.

My least favourite is Wheelman (Silent Hill: Downpour).
He's such a bastard and he's always throwing chairs and boxes at me. I mean... why chairs??? You need to constantly be on the move, too, because if he's not throwing boxes at you, then there's random eletrical shocks right under your heels vv. Annoying.

My favourite is either Scorch or Ripto, both from the original Spyro games. Though Ripto is kind of a pain in the ass, he's satisfying to kill.

My favourite boss definitely has to be Phalanx from Shadow of the Colossus. The one that made me question my morality forever. That or Malus (same game).

Least favourite... hmmm... Airman from Megaman 2. He is hard! Frustratingly hard!

Most pointless boss in my opinion is King Boom Boo from Sonic Adventure 2. He just kind of comes out of nowhere and he's not even hard.

The most annoying boss for me is Snake Form Puppet Ganon from Legend of Zelda Wind Waker. Oh so help me!

Another one from kirby I find pointless is the waddle dee with the cdrystal star you have to beat.

my first boss :')

Favorite: all soul bosses from kirby. They're all zombies. come on. who doesn't like killing what has already died?
least favorite: pretty much every mario boss. they're all easy. (step on them three times, they die. lift an axe, they die. they're only hard when you are under the effects of a mini mushroom.)
most pointless: bandana waddle dee/arena waddle dee. he's a waddle dee. come on. can he really be intimidating? (oh no I touched him, Im dying ow, so powerful. just kidding, you can eat him, and he dies.)
most annoying: magolor, grand doomer, and essentially anything that requires a super ability to kill in Kirby's return to dreamland.

Favorite: Squashini in Kirby's Epic Yarn. I really love the gimmick in his boss level.
Least Favorite: Fukua' final boss in her story (in SkullGirls) can literally go fucking die in a bottomless hole. Her boss is just ridiculous. Spam, ho!
Most Pointless: Underworld Gatekeeper (if it counts) in Kid Icarus: Uprising. You don't even get anything from"beating" it for the most part. If mini-bosses don't count, then Amazon Pandora. She's ridiculously easy as she was all of the previous times in the game.
Most Annoying: From the same game as mentioned above, Hades'(s) Heart. Even on lower difficulties and with powers, it's still an annoying pain to deal with.

i cant comment of any of the four segments you put out but ill gladly will contribute by mentioning the NEMESIS (Resident Evil)

To be honest, one of the most iconic game bosses that was to be seen on late 90's and early 00's. The lore about it honestly was intriguing, as yet to know about him too playing thorugh the game and sinking in the nostalgia (recently played it). Can't say much fact wise, apart from the fact his looks was always quite creepy and honestly intriguing at the same type for me. Difficulty wise, he honestly was rather was hard to deal with, especially on hard mode, but if you're taking him on easy mode with all the artillery, it's really not a big deal to get rid of him. To close it out, honestly played quite relatively noticeable role, especially on RE franschise.

Unfun fact, Nemesis is named after the Greek goddess of vengeance and retribution whose name becomes another word for "enemy".
