Obviously that's way too much people to deal with, and quite the chance I'd be assasinated.
I suppose starting off taking the Reino de España would be my best bet.
Then off to Ecuador and maybe Puerto Rico

I would name the world, Cookietopia, and everybody would love cookies, or else I would kill them. You must eat atleast 1 cookie a day (people dont want to get fat), and all the water would be filled with cookie dough! (I want to try it so badly)

If I ruled the world.. hm.. I'd probably do the same as Swirlfire. I'm not such an open and friendly person. This reminds me of the freak of a song, "If I Ruled The World" by BTR. I don't know how I know that song. >_<

Anyway, what would I do? Well, I'd try to make everyone in the world happy if I could, even though that's pretty much impossible. I'd get people to work less on destroying forests and work on saving endangered species of animals, and using some of the space we already have, instead. Oh, and each person would only get as much food as they need, instead of hoarding food they might not even eat, so less people would end up starving. Ah, yeah, it'd be nice to make it so only certain people can breed dogs and cats are well, since there are already so many without homes. Then there'd be dealing with criminals...

Euagh, well, ruling the world would be a lot of work for a single person, but I guess I'd just try to make it a better place, and not just for people, animals as well. It'd be really difficult, but it'd be worth it, y'know?

If I ruled the woooorld... I would have a day of transformice where everyone dresses up as a mice and only eats cheese... yeah

Split the economy between everyone evenly and treat each country as how a state is, and give each a governor. We'd vote on things we need to discuss, basically a world democracy.
