A reccuring dream is a dream that happens more than once, some say to send a message to you. (I don't think that last part is true.)

Have you ever had one? (this isn't an X and Y thread.) What was it?

I've had a recurring "nightmare" which happens to be the most random thing ever.

It always starts as me waking up in an old town. At one end is a rainbow that acts as stairs leading to the sky, with a big and tall black knight that was scary as fuck riding a horse. At the other end was a desert. The black knight tells me to find 10 keys that are scattered around the old town. I would never find any keys and the end of the dream was the black knight killing me, then I wake up. This would sometimes cause me to not want to sleep at night, and to this day, I still have this same dream once in a while.

When I was younger for months I would have this dream of dragons conquerring my town and blowing fire everywhere. Can't remember much, it's been ages.

I had this nightmare when I was young for a couple years.
It starts in Korea. It's dark, but I have full vision. Like it looks black white and green if that makes sense. Like night vision
I'm running away to my aunts apartment to get away from a man with glasses.
I open the apartment door and run to the elevator. I'm smacking the crap out of the button and then the guy enters the apartment. The door opens and I rush inside the elevator and try to close it.
I'm don't remember what happens at this point.
I think it almost closes and the guy sticks his hand in between the doors, but I keep trying to close it.
Then I wake up

When I was younger I kept having dreams that I was in this odd aquarium with a ridiculously tall roof.
I'd go to sit on this weird chair elevator with no seatbelt and I'd fall off every dang time.

I had several recurring dreams of me falling, thats the only one I can think of though
They were rather annoying

I had this dream about sonic.exe
It was showing how he killed all his friends, and that, then at end there was my OC, on a room, crying blood

i keep having dreams that im late home and its dark and i walk home its annoying.

I always have dreams that I run for a while, then i jump/fly so high.

I have recurring dreams about places I've been to, but mashed together. Like once a year I have a dream about a place that looks like my first school (I was in serveral primary schools), but has elements of one of my nearby parks and my own house.
I also have dreams of a place that looks like a plaza near my Walmart but its kinda mixed with a mall a few miles away.

When big tests i already took didn't end yet .o.

I've had 1 when I was 5 and at my grandma's house in the dream home alone and these creepy dolls tried to kill me then when I was 7 I had the dream again and and freaked then had the dream when I was 8 T3T So I had the same exact dream 3 times

I keep having dreams of where I wake up.
I keep waking up inside those dreams. Everything seems so real until I wake up again.

Sounds Intense.

When I was younger, I used to dream about this vampire (which for some reason; resembled Edward from Twilight), who'd corner me against a wall and then shove a steak over my eyes to blind me. Then, he'd take a stick that was on fire; and stab it through the steak so it went right through my eye.
This dream came every night, but always in different locations...
It was actually, really scary, considering I was 6.

I'm in my house, and all of a sudden these "poinonous bugs" of all different shapes and sizes start walking around the house. I keep squishing them and moving them away. Theres like a spider with nobody, just like 8 legs in a circle joining from a tiny body... or a hex bug kind of thing... it's REALLY freaky. apparentally they're moths...

When I was like 6-8 I keep on dreaming about something... once There was like a futuristic bus that was like About to hit me, then I woke up feeling like vomiting...
2nd one is Not a bus but And Airplane 0.o ( Feeling vomiting)
3rd... Its like Pvz... The gargantuar was holding a rope tied to a boulder! The boulder almost hit me then Same as the 1st... Vomited...

I'm in school wearing only my underwear.

Nobody seems to notice and I'm sitting there with this perplexed look on my face
