Secretary's of the Vice Pres. play the same role of the President's Secretary/s

President's Secretary[Shaman Apprentice]: You are in charge of reminding the President of IMPORTANT events and if someone wants to have a funeral/wedding in the Malacanang[Tribe House] You make the schedule and remind everyone if the scheduled time has come [Remind the Vice pres and pres. in advance!]

For Members: If you want to have a wedding/funeral/ birthday party/Party Of The House of Representatives in the Malacanang please inform Vice President's and President's Secretary/s so the Secretary can make a schedule of it, the funeral can be a death of a loved one in real life, death of a pet in real life etc. The birthday party can be your bday in real life or someone else as long as they are a memer of the Philippine Republic.

Republic Of The Philippines Code [Must Read]:
No mouse should spam the tribe chat or tribe welcome message.
If you incessantly flood the tribe chat, annoy the other mice, and don’t stop when asked, we will have no choice but to kick you.

A mouse must not turn against the officials/cabinet members.
Abusive mice that excessively disrupt the tribe will be kicked.

All disagreements between mice should be dealt with in the tribe house, not tribe chat.
If you really must argue with another member, take it to the tribe house or a private room instead of spamming the tribe chat with it. After you leave this room, consider the argument concluded.

Every mouse has equal vote in affairs of the moment and has equal title to cheese and firsts.
The members can propose changes and vote on issues pertaining to the tribe, including deciding which hopefuls become Tribe Shaman.

NOTE: In a party,All mice are allowed their fair turn while playing media in the Tribe House. Videos and songs should be played one at a time without interruption. When possible, establish a playlist order so everyone knows which media will be played next.

If anyone is found guilty of abusing the media devices in any way (including not taking fair turns or playing inappropriate adult content, ect) they will be immediately demoted to a lower rank.

No mouse should mutiny or conspire against the cabinet.
Anyone that is discovered to be somehow conspiring to take over or harm the tribe in any way will be immediately kicked.

Only the President can appoint new policies for the tribe.Although the crew is allowed to vote on tribe affairs, all major changes to the group must be officially confirmed by the President. Changes to the tribe will be noted in the “Announcements section” of the forum. Anyone who tries to change the tribe without permission will be considered mutinous.Also, The Cabinet members(Pres.,Vice Pres. Secretarys treasurer) can discuss things on new laws, the other members can vote for the new law, majority wins.

No Tribe Shaman[Vice Pres.] will be recognized unless promoted personally by the President.
Tribe Shaman[Vice Pres] are given the responsibility of promoting new members, but they aren’t allowed to promote anyone else to that rank. Vice Pres. Must be voted/hand picked by the President Any Vice Pres. found guilty of promoting to this rank without permission will be demoted back to Treasurer, or possibly considered mutinous.

Traitors who leave and wish to re-join the ranks must plead their case on why they should be included.
A majority of the members currently online will have to agree that the mouse in question is deserving of being invited back into the tribe. Those who are on the banned list will never be able to return.

Vice President's Code of Honor

These rules only apply to members who have been elected Vice President by their members:

Stooges should be promptly be ranked up as soon as possible. However, TShams are not responsible for "Knowing" which ranks a member should be after recruiter, it is that member's job to approach the TS [Tribe shaman/Vice Pres.] about a rank up.
They should not rank members up and down to different ranks for fun, including "stooging" people for no reason or ranking them up to high ranks temporarily as a joke.
In nessecary circumstances, it's allowed to downgrade members ranks temporarily (or in special cases, permanently) if the Tribe shaman determines the mouse in question is breaking the rules.
Tribe Shamans should try to be helpful and friendly to new members and keep general order within the tribe.
Tribe shams are not allowed to "Ban" a member unless it is agreed upon by the rest of the shamans and Knotty. They can submit evidence to the forums about the mouse in question.
Kicking innocent members for fun is forbidden, but if a member is excessively being abusive/breaking the rules the Tribe Shaman may kick that member out of the tribe until they decide to behave. If they continue to break the rules, they should be submitted for banning.
If a tribe shaman leaves the tribe, he or she may no longer be eligible for that rank after their departure.
