When I was small, I thought I saw a shadow of a man wearing a fedora hat in the corner of my eye in my room.

I've had multiple experiences with the paranormal world, if that's what I should say. Currently I have had no experiences but when I was younger, I believe I have had quite a few. When I was around the age of 9 I was sleeping in my parents room because I had a nightmare. Sleeping was horrible for me since I always had nightmares so I couldn't sleep. A very short shadow with what seemed like no head was slowly walking towards me laying in my parents bed, note I was on the side. I couldn't scream of anything for a few minutes before it was around 2 feet from me, when it was at that distance I regained my voice and screamed at the top of my tiny lungs. It suddenly vanished and my father jumped up, thinking it was a burgler. Everyone thought it was just a nightmare...but I can swear upon anything and everything that what I saw was real.

That is just one experience, please let me know if you want to hear more. I'm always happy to tell one of my stories if it helps anyone. ^^'

Apparently we have a house ghost and my brother's named him Johan.

There are two scrap books of my mom and her brother in my Grandma's room. I opened up the first one and started to browse through it. There was a picture of a small girl in a yellowish white dress. With Black hair. When I was walking downstairs, I caught a glance of that girl with the same description in the corner of my eye, then she was gone.

I believe there are no paranormal encounters. The mind is a powerful thing. It can conjour things, and confuse your senses, into believing things that are completely untrue. For example, a test was conducted, and at a party, there was coleslaw, along with many other foods. One man said he felt sick, and presumably threw up after he ate it. And 80% of the others who had eaten the same coleslaw, admitted to feeling sick afterward. Also, another test was conducted, and a man went around asking college students on campus the main characters of Looney Tunes. After they said all they could remember, the man said "You forgot Donald Duck." 92%. 92 PERCENT ADMITTED they forgot him, even though he isn't a part of Looney Tunes, nor was ever featured on that show. The same can be applied for these "paranormal" cases. The mind plays tricks on us. If you see a scary figure, say, it is likely your mind will conjure that figure again throughtout the day (I can attest to this, it is true) or in your dreams. So that's my take, backed my tests and facts.

Well said. Also, there is no real evidence whatsoever of paranormal activity, it's all based on rumours. This leads me to believe that paranormal activity is an illusion by the brain instead of a real thing. One could of course say that the imagination is also real since it's a part of your brain, but let's not go in on that. :p

I'm not sure if it's an illusion of the brain or what not but back when i lived at a really old house (it was about 100 years old) I used to have night mares of this man with a brick in his hand
i never saw anything strange though in that house

when im playing video games alone,sometimes on the corner of my eye when i look at my lucky bamboo plant,i see jeff the killer right there staring at me and when i look at it,hes not there anymore

Woah, those are creepy stories you have there. But...

When i'm playing video games alone, or being at home alone, i sometimes get scared. When it's dark outside, i sometimes feel like that behind me, there is somekind of... monster... or murderer. I know there won't be anything like that, but I cannot be scared, tho, i don't know why. Usuallu when i go to sleep, i bury myself in the bed, because sometimes i think i see slenderman, or something like that in the darkest corner.
