Death Note is an anime which conists of a killer (Kira) who uses a notebook to kill criminals and a detective (L) who tries to find out who the killer is ^-^

It really amuses me that when L starts to suspect Light he thinks of a killing pattern.
Just, Light also wants to kill L... Just.. Oh my god, the plot confuses me sometimes.

No. sub is not always best, sometimes english voice actors can convey the emotion better.
imo death note dub was much better, though light/raito had a better laugh in the sub
plus there seemed to be more good lines, like that one pun L made about Light's name

^ after L died it fucking sucked. I stopped watching for a year but eventually continued out of boredom
I hate both Light (Kira-ver anyway, memory-lost Light wasn't so bad) and Misa Amane with a passion

I wish Light/Kira won. Fight me. It was really hard seeing him suffer like that in the last episode :'^( Ffs Light's plan was full proof, it was only because Mikami fucked up.

Speaking of which, the writers got really lazy with Near. L worked out his conclusions with proper clues and logic, and even then he acknowledged that they were only just theories that could be disproved. But Near pulled conclusions right out of his arse:
''There's a second Kira, let's call him X-Kira. Just trust me on this one, k? Now who could he be... OH I KNOW! HE'S THIS RANDOM DUDE CALLED MIKAMI! How do I know? He's been on a couple of talk shows voicing his passionate support for Kira. Irrefutable proof! Mikami is X-Kira. Concluded. Also his nose is kinda shaped like a triangle. Kira is an invention of the Loominarty. I'm such a genius!''
