It's best to see a doctor of your stomach is still pain after 5 hours.

theres a thousand other things it could be and just saying it could be "stomach cancer" would just make someone worry about something theyll probably never have to even think about.

It could be stomach flu though, it's very common.

lay down and rest, and drink liquids. ginger ale usually helps for me, but if you don't like ginger ale then i would stick to water.
