We're a close banded group filled with both pros and newbies alike.

Once you join, the Leader or Executive shall asign you a mentor. The mentors job is to help you learn the way around the tribe untill he or she decides you are ready to become a full member.

Once you become a full member you get to become a Mentor yourself and restart the process of teaching a newbie.

After a mentor finishes his or her job, they get to become a full Senior member of the tribe.

After being a Senior member for awhile, the Leader may decide to make you a Executive if you have proven your loyalty to the tribe.
