Sword Art Online is a 25 episode anime series. It's about a boy named Kirito who plays a game and has to get to the top of the floor to beat it. Rumors have said that if you don't get to the top alive, you die in the game AND in real. He meets a girl named Asuna and they work together to get to the top to defeat the boss and win the game.

i've never actually seen the anime or game or whatever it is, but i've seen the fan art so, so far I'm convinced when I do see it, it will be amazing, due to the fact the fan art is just speachlessly amazing

YOu should watch it ^3^ It's an anime though xD and the fan population is huge because the anime is quite known throughout the anime kingdom =3

I actually will be watching it as soon as I find time, such as when I'm all caught up with my studies

I haven't read the light novel but I have watched the anime and I must say, I find it extremely overrated. There are much better storylines out there; I don't see what's so special about this one. Also, it may have just started, but I already find Log Horizon much better than SAO.

Well, SAO isn't the BEST anime I've watched in my opinion. There are much better ones than SAO in my opinion so I don't blame yuh

I love Yui so so so so muuuchhhh

I read the light novel first so I'm probably going to be biased, but I don't think that it lived up to the hype that it got, especially the second arc.

It started with a good premise, but it definitely had a lot more potential.

The anime is okay. I didn't really enjoy the second arc as much.

yeah, I was really into it in the 1st arc especially toward the end of it. . . I like the 22nd floor game better then the wones with fairies.

THe dubbed episodes were supposed to come out today but they didn't NUU >w<
